Job Description
  • Monitor operations of all the upcoming & operating gyms in Mumbai.
  • Responsible for all the staff and gym operations.
  • Responsible for generating unit sales and profitability.
  • Experience in Profit and Loss.
  • Coordination with Franchise Partners.
  • Preparing SOP’s.
  • Responsible to conduct audits.
  • Responsible for providing supportive environment to the team.
  • Responsible for maintaining and increasing standards of customer service and other areas across the gyms, driving team performance and controlling training and development of the staff.
  • Responsible for managing operations inclusive for short / long term plans.
  • Responsible for defining financial parameters within which operations of franchisees must be executed.
  • Maintaining long-term partnerships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Able to manage day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms.
  • Guiding a team of people and conducting meetings for setting up objectives and streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of team operations.
  • Ensuring that the team delivers on various parameters to achieve the targets of every month.
  • Overseeing entire staff recruitment for the outlet i.e. Sales Representatives, Managers, Trainers etc. in coordination with the HR.
  • Responsible for coordinating all training and development programs in gyms.
