Job Description

1. Establish and implement the Strategic business, Financial and operational plans and reports
2. Responsible for the overall operations of the company
3. Establish central support services for the group for HR, Finance, sales and marketing, Legal, purchasing and IT.
4. Ultimate brand responsibility and P&L management accountability
5. Increase revenues and reduce costs in order to ensure the highest level of profitability for the organization.
6. Monitor the implementation of approved strategies to drive the performance of the company.
7. Formulate and implement operations policies & procedures and quality systems.
8. Prepare annual company budgets and monitor performance against the approved budgets.
9. Provide guidance, development and training to assigned staff and encourage individual development
10. Ensure organization is running smoothly and efficiently in accordance to the company business development plans & objectives.
11. Ensure all the liasoning work, liquor licenses , restaurant licenses are procured and renewed on regular intervals.
12. Statutories and compliance as per various government departments are complied on.
13. Should be capable to handle multi brand portfolio and spearhead 3 fine dining restaurants to start with.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. One must have “ feel “ for good food and someone who understands hospitality market.
2. Should know liquor vendors and must have good connectivity in the hospitality market.
3. Must have Hospitality management background .
4. Minimum of 10 years of working experience in a management in a similar role
5. Significant exposure to core areas of operations, sales and marketing, finance, human resources, information technology.
6. Operations leadership experience and ability to manage overall operations issues
7. Previous experience in branding and opening new outlet in the region is essential.
8. Long-term strategic planning, management development, project management, quality improvement skills required
9. Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English is a must.

11. Strong negotiation skills, Energetic, positive, efficient, driven, creative, optimistic and proactive
