Their services include Clinical Laboratory Medicine, Hospital Laboratory Management, Central Laboratory Services for clinical trials, Home Health Services and Preventive Health Check ups.

Job Description

1)Develops and implements strategy to achieve annual oncology sales objectives of the company.
2)Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.
3)Regular meeting with Oncologists (Cancer specialist) at various hospitals in Mumbai to provide information about our tests and services.
4)Develop and maintain an efficient network to ensure the comprehensive availability of our services.
5)Forge partnerships with large hospitals.
6)Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the region are properly implemented to achieve targets.
7)Focus on activities to generate awareness and effectiveness in a rapidly changing business environment.
8)Developed new Key Accounts in the region by covering super specialities like medial oncologists, surgical oncologists etc.
9)Implement of product promotion strategy thus generate prescriptions in line with the business strategy
10)Keeping up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with doctors and providing them updated articles as on request.
11)Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.
12)Maintain and develop relations with existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods
13)Arranging CME’s, IME’s, RTM and Cancer Awareness programs, coordination with Doctors and management team.
14)Provide functional support and input into sales force automation projects to improve sales efficiencies.
15)Develop and Maintain Relationships with outside partners such as Dialysis Institutions, Clinics and Networks to maximize sales results.
16)Effectively coach the team and working closely with them to develop measurable high performance standards.
