The company has rehabilitated more than 40, 000 slum dwellers in Mumbai’s under the Maharashtra government’s Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) housing scheme.

Job Description
  1. Responsible for sales of Ultra Luxury premium projects, located in Mumbai City.
  2. To retain / acquire new retail HNI & NRI clients in the specified regions/ markets
  3. High Degree of Business Development Orientation
  4. Manage HNI Client acquisition by way of campaigns and Lead Generation activities ( Domestic & International)
  5. Excellent incentive scheme for high performance
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Experience in selling High End Apartments / Flats / Villas in Mumbai and Suburbs in reputed Real Estate Company.
  2. Current Ticket size should be above Rs 2 Cr per flat
  3. A Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality business & profitability.
  4. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with HNI & NRI customers and clients.
