Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and detailed engineering of given scope of work.
• Checking the design given by the Client / Consultant.
• Preparing and designing of value engineering proposal based on the Client's design.
• Advising on improvisation of designing with respect to the cost effectiveness.
• Presenting the value engineering design to the Client and Consultant and taking their approval.
• Study the Tender technical specifications and suggesting changes in the specifications in terms of value engineering.
• Preparation 84 Checking of shop drawings.
• Preparation & Checking of as built drawings.
• Cross checking quantities as given the tender at the time of submitting the offer.
• Checking items in the tender BOQ i.e. BOQ item description, technical specifications and the quantity before quoting.
• Checking the indent quantity raised by the project and certifying with respect to the shop drawings.
• Advising estimated team in working out pricing and the extra items costing.
• Firefighting —
• Study of firefighting NOC and advice Client or Consultant on the
• important parameters and the norms as per NOC & NBC.
• Suggesting changes in the Fire NOC for value engineering and cost effectiveness.
• Design and detailed engineering of infrastructural works for large complexes and big township projects. Sewerage conveyance and treatment plants.
• Negotiating with the Vendors and preparation of report for final negotiations with the Management.
• Co-ordination among consultants, contractors and clients.

• Should have minimum 8 years of experience in desinging of Plumbing and Fire-Fighting.
• Excellent in negotiation and coordination skills.
• Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment.
