Job Description
  • Industrial Relations/Counseling
  • Handle matters related to contract labour while handling daily problems and grievances to ensure quick/ prompt settlement.
  • Drive standardization of employee HR policies, processes with regard to Employee/Industrial Relations and its implementation in the company.
  • Monitor and update any new labour related rules & regulations and analysis on the impact on HR practices.
  • Review, identify and enhance HR policies and guidelines in HR practices to optimize HR management system and minimize HR risks.
  • Advice and counsel HR practices, Labour dispute/arbitration or potential ER cases proactively as per Indian Labour Law.
  • Deliver a systematic reporting and analysis on employee /industrial relations on regular bases.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in Industrial relations/Employee relations.
  • Good in Interpersonnal skills.
  • Proficiency in handling IR matters.
