Job Description
  1.  6 - 8years of exp. of softwareapplication sales out of which 2 -3years’ in CRM/ERP sales.
  2.  Experience in selling large value deals
  3. Skills in Negotiation, Account Management, Solution Selling  Individual contributor role
  4.  Experience and knowledge of lead generation
  5.  Experience in customer presentations, solution discussions and demonstrations of solutions.
  6.  Excellent command over oral and written communication.
  7.  Ability to work productively in a dynamic deadline-driven environment, independently and as part of a team
Desired Candidate Profile

You need to have a very strong technology salesfoundation. Our experience tells that at an average,you need that many years to measure up to the demands of the job .

Understanding of CRM principles helps you understanding our offerings and position them
appropriately with the customers. We prefer people having prior CRM sales experience.

You will be working with some of the biggest enterprises in the region having tough people. Youneed to be master of the sales art to succeed. 

You should have presented to the C level executives at the client organization. You would be expected to do that here too. If you have cold feet for doing this, you shouldn’tconsider the opening we have.
