Job Description

1. Managing sites and catering to staff for 3000 Pax (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner )
2. Menu Planning for the site
3. Implementation of SOP’s in the Kitchen
4. Responsible for Hygiene & Sanitation
5. Menu Development and Introducing food Festivals and planning the Week / Monthly / Menu
6. Ordering wet, Dry, and other stories for Kitchen.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Thorough knowledge of different cuisines (good Knowledge of Indian cuisine), cooking styles, hygiene & safety standards.
2. Techniques in quantity food production
3. Inventory management
4. Working knowledge of MS Office
5. Food Costing and Menu pricing techniques
