Job Description

1. To effectively handle all Customer Complaints calls on Toll Free line and ensure all complaints are seen through closure.
2. To effectively guide and provide support to store CSA – so as to achieve high standards in after sale services as per the SOP of the company.
3. Handling of customer complaints (Proper registration, co-ordination and closure of complaint resolution report).
4. Raise the notification for each call attended to, on toll free line and appraise the customer on the actions that will be taken to close the complaint that is raised.
5. Follow –up with the concerned office for coordinating with the customer and take appropriate actions and update the feedback on system.
6. Direct co-ordination with QA/DC for customer complaint/services
