Job Description

*Meeting the sales / collection targets.

*Controlling top-line and bottom-line activities.

*Planning growth and expansion.

*Marketing Strategy.

*Brand Promotion & Management.

*Monitoring Competitors activities.

*Be responsible for quantum growth of both direct and channel sales.

*Assist sales team to provide high end technical solutions to large corporates.

*Expand companies business in region by developing large accounts in various verticals.

*Must possess strong leadership qualities and a solid sales acumen.

*Sharp presentation, negotiations and term building qualifications.

*Planning, Organizing & implementing sales programs & strategies & conducting product    presentations to continuously secure business.

*Studying customer RFQ’s and preparing solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Company is looking for a candidate who has an overall experience to Manage all business development aspects of complete converged solutions and to plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities and major accounts in accordance with agreed business plans and is into sales of producuts like Unified communication, Video Conferencing, Security & AVSI.
