Designation : Admin Assistant
Role : Documentation
CTC: As per market standards
Shift : UK Shift


RESPOSIBILITIES:

Candidate will be responsible to Complete / Modify / Update the documents.

Creating / Completing all the official Documents of the company.

Supporting the PA for Directors work.

Responsible for Storage, Cataloging and Retrieval of Documents

Will also be responsible for Document Security, & for assigning access.

Responsible for removing or destroying Obsolete Documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

KEY SKILLS:

Candidate must be detail-oriented and able to work with a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment.

They have to be highly organized and process-oriented.

They must have excellent oral and written communications skills to interact with all levels of an organization.

They must have excellent listening skills, and be able to handle multiple requests while detailing document activity.

Should have excellent IT skills in word/excel.

EXPERIENCE:

Min 2 years in Documentation.
