Job Description

Job Purpose Statement: (Why this job exists and the contribution it makes to the overall business of the company)
1. To ensure a pipeline of projects and clients to feed the operations team with steady stream of recruitment assignments
2. To assist the Director in delivering revenue and client satisfaction targets as set by the management of the company

Duties & Responsibilities
Briefly, the responsibilities of the role shall spread across two areas:

A. Business Development (85%)
a. Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic relationships with Potential clients
b. Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams
c. Achieve annual business income targets, as established during the budgeting process;
d. Regular liasioning with director level people to develop and promote hCapital brand name
e. Negotiations and agreement signups

 

B. Operations (15%)
a. Analyze the client's requirements and discuss with specific team managers
b. Be a point of contact between the client and the team until such time that the first 2 offers are released
c. Guide the recruitment team in terms of best places to poach candidates, head hunting strategies, profile explanation, etc.
d. Troubleshoot the standoffs experienced during the process of recruitment
e. Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required

Desired Candidate Profile

• Age Bracket: 25-35 years
• 3+ years of experience in corporate business development
• Should have excellent communication (proposal making, email correspondence), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills
• Should be willing to travel extensively (mostly locally)
• Self directed work style with minimum direction
