In CIB, the Company carries out its capital markets business, including its origination, sales and trading activities in debt, equity and other securities, as well as its advisory, credit and transaction banking businesses. It is further sub-divided into the Corporate Divisions Corporate Banking & Securities (CB&S) and Global Transaction Banking (GTB).

CB&S includes the Business Divisions Markets and Corporate Finance, which globally carry out its securities origination, sales and trading businesses, as well as its mergers and acquisitions advisory and corporate finance businesses. Global Transaction Banking its cash management for corporate and financial institutions, trade finance business, as well as trust and securities services.

Job Description

Management Reporting (MR) actively supports the delivery and development of best-in-class Management reporting processes from end to end, prepares ‘ready-to-go’ management reports and presentations. In addition, MR defines business/end-user requirements for respective reporting tools, and offers related training and support. MR maintains key relationships with other Group Finance teams and with key suppliers of data and information from across the Group. In this context, MR is a key enabler of the new EBPM (Enhanced Business Performance Management) senior management reporting suite.

1. Participation in the monthly creation of various Management Reporting products
2. Development of high quality products / reporting solutions and associated documentation adhering to team and departmental standards
3. Maintenance and enhancement of existing products and reporting solutions
4. Share reporting knowledge with other team members and stakeholders
5. Provide reporting support including analysis, development, testing, tracking and resolution
6. Planning and Organisation (Timetables / Workflows)
7. Reporting tool demonstrations & trainings and associated training materials
8. Ad-hoc reporting queries / project support

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate future and past business performance
2. Logical and structured approach to time management and task prioritisation
3. Basic IFRS Accounting knowledge, ideally Group Accounting & Consolidation knowledge
4. High level of communication skills (verbal and written)
5. Clear understanding of Reporting, Data Warehouse operating environments and related technologies
6. Very good experience of working with MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills and ideally good experience with Visual Basic, VBA
7. Good Experience of working with OLAP reporting systems (e.g. GGLrep+, Hyperion, Cognos etc.)
8. Experience of working on a highly customised SAP system (BCS, BW)
9. Highly self-motivated
10. Team player, co-operative, and able to work in a team across multiple locations and time zones
