Job Description

TASC Business segment comprises of Not for Profit Making Business Entities (other than Govt Departments - Central, State or Local Bodies) registered as Trusts, Societies, Sec 25/Sec 8 Companies, Cooperative Societies, etc.

TASC Business Segment is further categorised into various Business Sub Segments. The various Sub Segments are
1. Education (Pre Schools, Primary Schools, Elementary Schools, Secondary Schools, Higher Secondary Schools, Colleges, Universities, Technology & Management Institutes, Professional & Technical Institutes, Coaching Institutes, Training Institutes, Examination Boards, etc.),
2. FCRA entities (those who have received permission from Ministry of Home Affairs to receive Foreign Donation)
3. Cooperative Societies (Housing, Marketing & Credit Coop Societies)
4. Hospitals
5. Clubs (Professional, Business, City, Sports, Lifestyle Clubs)
6. NGOs & Foundations
7. Associations (Market, Trade, Professional, Industry, Sports Associations)
8. Research Bodies
9. Religious Institutions (Temples, Gurudwaras, Mosques, Churches),
10. Primary Agricultural Societies
11. CSR & Retirals (PF Trusts, Gratuity Trusts, Superannuation Trusts)

Job role requires
1) Responsible for generating TASC business for the defined territory – zone/region
2) Lead the team of 5-7 Sales Managers sourcing TASC accounts based on leads generated or through self sourced
3) Mobilizing the branch leadership team / channel heads for generating TASC Leads
4) Create +vity around TASC business and highlight success stories to mobilize more business
5) Identify zone/central level opportunities and build in-rounds in those opportunities, by collaborating with other departments of the bank
6) Possess good presentation skills, for closing deals with senior management of the TASC entities

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Eligible Candidate should possess 10-12 yrs. of experience
2. Should have handled team of 4-5 team members
3. Should have managed TASC in leadership role for 2-3 years in a reputed Banking Institution
4. Should be capable of handling and driving TASC business acquisition and understand special needs of TASC customer
5. Should possess in depth knowledge of KYC and documentation requirement in TASC
6. Should have understanding of CMS products (Collection and Payment)
