The company operates in the Indian Debt Market and has a dedicated desk for dealing in the debt market. It provides Retirement Benefit Services, encompassing payroll outsourcing, retirement benefits investment intermediation, advisory, fund management and consulting.

Job Description

1. Equip leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e.g. performance management, career management etc. and also to manage their team’s strategy in line with their business plans
2. Play a pivotal role in Talent Management ensuring capability building for the organization, while working closely with senior management, business leaders and employees to create a culture of superior performance and aligning the same to organization’s goals
3. Provide support on the research, design and development of HR policies/initiatives in support of our HR strategy
4. Spearheading planning, designing, establishing and improving various strategic initiatives, inculcating best practices across different business and HR functions in accordance to organization’s goals

Desired Candidate Profile

1. MBA from premier college with at least 8-10+ years of experience in HR and Strategic HRM
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in senior management
3. Experience in developing strategies, talent development and management
4. Knowledge of best practices regarding Human Capital Management including process and aligning them to company’s goals and vision
