By adopting a systematic approach, the company is ready to launch three strategies : (Equity market neutral, CTA Trend-following and Equity Event) by Q1’ 2014. The objective of the company is to offer a broad range of Alternative Risk Premia products, at lower cost and expense than hedge funds. The company has a strong research team supported by institutional quality organization and has office in India and one in US. The company also plans to set up Electronic trading infrastructure by Q4 2013. The company continues to conduct research into the Alternative Risk Premia inherent in hedge fund returns.
1. Provide high level administrative support which involves preparing reports, scheduling
2. meetings, planning business trips and managing information requests by the team.
3. Prepare letters or memos to vendors, team members and other third parties.
4. Liaise with third party vendors regarding payments, invoices and receipt of services.
5. Ordering stationery and office equipment
6. Organizing office maintenance and repair
7. Completing payroll paperwork and timesheets
8. Organizing and leading induction programs for new joiners.
9. Organizing events within the office
10. Design and implement office policies
11. Maintain and replenish inventory and supplies
12. Plan company events and parties
13. Prepare marketing presentations for the firm.
1. Atleast a bachelor’s degree
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Good at multi-tasking
4. Comfortable with basic office packages like Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
