The Wholesale Lending Business segment provides specialized and holistic solutions to Indian corporates helping them build and grow their businesses with initial funding, mezzanine financing, acquisition financing etc. They focus on products in the structured credit space backed by adequate collaterals and cash flows to build a secured and quality wholesale lending portfolio.

Job Description:

Designation: Sr. Manager / AVP
Location: Mumbai

Loan Operations - SME / RA:

  • Prepare & Review the process for entire Operations as per the Products and Schemes
  • Oversee the day to day activities of Operations for disbursals, customer service, Income reporting to finance team, Bank reco etc
  • Recruitment & Team management of Operations as per the skill set reqd by organization
  • Ensure being with the budget of the Operations cost
  • Review of the policy and guidelines of the organization and map to Ops Process
  • Manage vendors for storage,repayment etc; for any outsourced activities

Governance and Compliance:

  • Formulate and implement the Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) to ensure quality levels in all areas of work and impart the requisite training across levels.
  • Will also be responsible for empanelment / management / termination / renewal of contracts for vendors, temp employee's and more.
  • Ensure control on processes and adherence to approved policies\
  • To impart systems & Process training at local levels to Credit Processing Associates (CPA),Operations, Vendors, Channel Partners and related members.
  • Audit of Operations vendors, Processes, etc and ensure strict compliance to Policy guidelines

Customer Service:

  • Create a customer centric culture
  • Ensure adherence to Ops manual for customer service and review periodically
  • Define, measure, monitor and control parameters that improve customer experience
Desired Candidate Profile

Skills required :
Candidates should have minimum 7 to 8 years of Experience.
Should have Exposure of Property backed & Asset based lending products.
Basic knowledge of Legal aspect of the recovery unit.
Should have corporate sales exposure.
