Job Description

Product : Secured SME lending / Loan Against Property
Location : Chennai
Team handling - Yes

Purpose of Job (in brief )
•Drive Sales of Secured SME Loans and Loan against Property for the branch & keep control on portfolio of the branch from becoming delinquent.

Responsibility (in details)

1.Sales & Distribution
* Achieve the Business target for the region / area.
* Build and manage distribution mix through sourcing channels, Alternate channels to achieve the required channel and product mix.
* Grow the existing channels and develop alternate sourcing channels, Tele-Sales channels and referral channel to meet the current and future business projections.
* Manage profitability – Productivity, Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels.
* Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets.

* Be the owner of Collections for the accounts for the location handled.
* Management and presentation of Collection management information systems (MIS) and regular performance reviews.
* Handle through the sales team members, the on ground collection.
* Manage delinquency related parameters and ensuring are within triggers.

3.People Management & Performance Management
* Identification, hiring , training and retention of the desired sales staff at regional & area levels.
* Implement the performance management system and culture as per the objective of the organization.
* Implementing the monitoring mechanism and MIS to ensure that each parameter of KPI is constantly measured, reported, analyzed and improved.
* Act as a constant source of feedback to product and policy teams to aid in innovating the current product offering andlaunching new products.
* Monitor – Volumes, Productivity, COA, Yield, Cross Sell penetration, NCL, 0-6 MOB delinquency, Service Quality, Product Mix, Channel Mix, Segment Mix, Sanction Rate and Disbursal Rate.

4.Governance & Compliance
* Implement processes as per policy.
* Educate and train the team members on the policy requirement.
* Ensure and check that policies and standards are being implemented at the ground level.
* Ensure that the recommended process of appointment, management and review of the DSA’s and DSTs is being followed.
* Implementing the Fraud Control systems.
* Ensure that region / area is always Audit Ready and Complaint with internal and external policies and regulations.

5. Customer Service
* Create a customer centric culture.
* Implement, measure, monitor and control parameters that improve customer experience.
* Knowledge & Skills Required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Lending experience in sales- Mortgage/LAP
Should have handled Mortgage/LAP sales for South region or covered states: Tamil Nadu/Kerala
Should have handled team
Aggressive, individual/team player
