Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Candidate will be responsible for the day to day support on EMEA Talent work.
2. Creating Learning Events in the Global Learning System
3. Interaction with Training vendors in EMEA for their availability to conduct training and organising logistic room setups etc
4. Monitor enrollment/cancellation for the trainings
5. Follow-up & Track completion, Mailbox Management, Stakeholder Engagement
6. Review and track invoices received, create Purchase Requests and follow up for payments
7. Ensuring service requests are responded to within TAT and quality levels are met on calls and emails while responding to service requests
8. GHRS Updates ( Data entry )

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills / Requirement

1. Attention to details and accuracy.
2. Excellent computer skills – intermediate Excel skills required.
3. Takes new initiatives/projects to improve working methods/solve issues'
4. A good team player and keen learner.
5. Knowledge of HR Systems.
6. Helps the team during additional work load.
