About the Client

The company is one of the leading Corporate and Investment Banking Centre, wholly owned subsidiary of an Investment Bank based in Mumbai.
In CIB, the Company carries out its capital markets business, including its origination, sales and trading activities in debt, equity and other securities, as well as its advisory, credit and transaction banking businesses. It is further sub-divided into the Corporate Divisions Corporate Banking & Securities (CB&S) and Global Transaction Banking (GTB).

CB&S includes the Business Divisions Markets and Corporate Finance, which globally carry out its securities origination, sales and trading businesses, as well as its mergers and acquisitions advisory and corporate finance businesses. Global Transaction Banking its cash management for corporate and financial institutions, trade finance business, as well as trust and securities services.

Job Description

1. Supervise the operational activities of the entity efficiently and effectively.
2. Supervise all outsourced contractors to ensure office facilities /security system /office / infrastructure and catering services are in good order.
3. Supervise the tracking and recording of company asset, inventory management.
4. Supervise the Access Control Systems recertify at regular intervals.
5. Managing assignment of IT applications and drives assignment.
6. Implement projects as instructed with minimum supervision.
7. Coordinate with the Business Continuity Management team to identify Business Contingency Management requirements.
8. Managing staff engagement events & central events.
9. Space management.
10. Overseeing the employee transport management.
11. Premises management.
12. Managing the on & Off boarding of staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Full Time Graduate is Must with Min 7-8 yrs' exp in Facility Management, Procurement,etc.
2. Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Power point, Excel, )
3. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environments.
4. Positive team player.
5. Think and work proactively in providing solutions.
6. Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of efficiency and attention to detail.
7. Good analytical skills
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal, facilitation and negotiating skills
9. Good communication, presentation & email skills
10. High level of organizational and administration skills.
