Job Description

Role & Responsibilties:

1. Responsible for developing and executing on internal communications strategy for Ameri prise India. Develop content plan and enable comprehensive and consistent messaging. Research, write, and edit internal communication emails, presentations, posters, newsletters, and scripts as required for internal communications, as well as for internal employee engagement activities.
2. Support leaders on formal presentation materials. Develop an understanding of the organization and communication style of leaders. Interpret messaging into visual storyboards/animated / interactive content from concept to completion. Create original graphic content for presentations for a wide variety of audience.
On a day-to-day basis:
Proofread/ quality check deliverables to ensure accuracy & consistency
Create and edit documents/ Slides using templates, brand guidelines, graphs and charts for presentation, convert text-heavy presentations into info graphics Enhance presentations and write content for slides along with graphs and charts.
Interpret messaging into visual storyboards/ animated/ interactive content from concept to completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Skills:

  1. Relevant content writing and designing experience.
  2. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Apart from PowerPoint, have hands on experience in various other designing softwares such as, Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, Corel draw and In Design etc.
  3. Possesses excellent written & verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  4. Well organized, flexible, ability to work under pressure and understands the challenges of supporting multiple leaders.
  5. Strong sense of personal accountability and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to interact with people (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
