Job Description

1. Manage day to day process delivery for allocated teams and ensure SLA targets are met
2. Establish effective working relationships with peer group, and internal clients.
3. Act as primary/secondary escalation point for all process issues for the markets/processes in scope.
4. Review and control of the all the daily/monthly/weekly process MIS and reports.
5. Ensure that there is adequate cross training within the team, and sufficient backups are available for each process. Employee engagement and career planning, grooming of staff, and performance management.
6. Continually look for improvements to processes and controls within functional area.
7. Managing all internal and external Audits and risk reviews. Ensure that all process documentation is complete and reviewed regularly.
8. Play a lead role in any “change the bank” projects involving the functional area owned by the team

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Subject matter expertise on OTC derivatives, with exposure to Collateral Management
2. Understanding of the trade life cycle.
3. Quality/Process improvement/Change management experience.
4. Awareness and understanding of the regulatory requirements
5. Proven track record of having successfully managed different processes/ multiple teams
6. Leadership skills, people and conflict management
7. Ability to coach / mentor staff with potential and ensure adequate talent pipeline is in place
8. Ability to handle pressure, high volume and risk. Prioritize and deliver
