As part of the business activities,the company is predominantly focused into Asset Financing and Lending business. The Wholesale Lending Business segment provides specialized and holistic solutions to Indian corporates helping them build and grow their businesses with initial funding, mezzanine financing, acquisition financing etc. They focus on products in the structured credit space backed by adequate collaterals and cash flows to build a secured and quality wholesale lending portfolio.

Job Description:

1.Candidate should be able to handle Disbursement of Business Banking Product Loan against      Property / Mortgage loan within defined TAT.
2.Verification of loan documents, property documents as per legal opinion, valuation report,    compliance of approved terms and conditions.
3.Candidate has to maintain of proper records as per defined process & Verify security      documents including property documents.
4.Attending walk in customers and resolution of customer complaints within TAT / meeting the        customer requirements.
5.Maintenance of MIS and reporting from time to time and coordination with CPUs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Skills:

1. Should be aware of the Entire Process - from Login to Disbursement.
2. The incumbent will be responsible to manage CPAs (third Part vendor at local level).
3. He/ She should have knowledge of CPA structure and excellent negotiation and skills on pricing and quality.
4. He/ She would be actively working in collaboration with sales and credit team to ensure files are processed within defined timelines.
5. The role holder should be agile to adapt, implement, and embed all change in processes within a defined time frame.
6. The job role involves sharing the gaps in process of file disbursement with respective stakeholders and take necessary action.
7. He/ She should have good knowledge on lending Software.( FINNONE is an add on).

8. He/ She would be responsible for lending processes for disbursement, credit operations, reconciliation, and payment management.
9. Sigma Qualification is a added plus.
10. He/ She should have detailed knowledge and experience of operations of retail lending products.
