Job Description
  1. Manage the team staffing/requirements
  2. Audit the evaluations conducted by Quality Coaches
  3. Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports
  4. Manage daily activities
  5. Respond to queries/requirements from operations both from arvato and partner side in regard to Quality and Customer Metrics
  6. Conduct DSAT analysis and drive process improvements liaising with relevant stakeholders
  7. Support process improvement projects
  8. Participate in alignment of strategic initiatives with daily activities
  9. Achievement of Quality and Customer Metrics targets
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Quality Management Systems Basic Knowledge
  2. Six Sigma Green Belt Trained/Certified
  3. Excel Advanced knowledge
  4. PowerPoint Advanced Knowledge
  5. Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  6. Ability to learn and adapt
