Job Description

1. Onboarding formalities for all new joiners pan India.
2. Liaison with banks for activation of corporate salary accounts.
3. Maintaining the employees database & employees personal files
4. Maintaining Employees Manpower Report (Addition / Deletion) for Head count.
5. Responsible for Processing & Disbursement of Payroll & Reimbursement (such as Salary, Leave encashment, Medical Reimbursement, Incentive, Advances, and other related aspects) Generating Salary Statement & timely issuance of Employee Payslip
6. Maintaining & Tracking Attendance (via HUB ), Leave, Lop for all levels of employees as per HR eave policy
7. Handling all the queries related with salary slips, leaves, attendance, and reimbursements.
8. Clarifying employees' queries about the HR policies.
9. Responsible for deducting & remitting ESI, PF & TDS & Co-ordination with Statutory Consultant.
10. Coordinating for Monthly statement, respective challans, Half-yearly and Annual Return of ESI.

1. Joining formalities of selected candidates.
2. Replacement of employees.
3. Responsible for arrangement of their place & comfort.
4. Preparation of Letters of Offer, Appointment, Experience, Relieving, Termination etc.
5. Define job Description & Analysis of Employees.
6. Responsible of handling employees file.
7. Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of all office policies and procedures.
8. Attending employee grievances and complaints, provide guidance if necessary.
9. Provide feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
10. Attendance and Payroll management.
