Job Description

The tasks, roles and responsibilities concerned with the job will include the following:

  1. End to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness
  2. IT assessment and reassessment
  3. IT/ TDS returns and compliances
  4. Tax provisioning
  5. Advisory and compliances on DTAAs (Outbound and Inbound)
  6. Interaction with Government and Regulatory authorities
  7. Assist clients with appeals and representations in front of the Tribunal and IT commissioner
  8. Seeking opinions from experts

Desired Candidate Profile

1. CA passout in year 2013 or below
2. 2-5 years of experience which include at least 2 years in Indian Corporate Tax.
3. Thorough technical knowledge on Indian Tax (income tax & DTAA), Corporate Law and International Tax.
4. Basic knowledge of Indirect tax, FEMA and Transfer Pricing.
5. Excellent Communication Skills
6. General business awareness
7. Good Excel, presentation and report writing skills
8. Client handling.
